What counts as a “seat”?
A seat is one active staff member on your account — a guard, controller, manager or any user who does the work. Deactivated staff don’t count, so your bill tracks your real headcount.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New companies start on a trial so you can set up sites, add your team and run shifts before you subscribe. You only pay once you’re ready.
Can I cancel any time?
There’s no lock-in. Billing is monthly per seat and you can cancel whenever you like — your data stays available through the end of the period.
How is my data kept separate from other companies?
Your company’s data is private to you. Users can only ever see their own company’s sites, staff and shifts — never another company’s.
Do you support the mobile apps?
Both the guard app and the company operations app are built and ship from the same live API that powers book-on, check calls, patrols, incidents and the emergency button.
