iPhone & iPad (Safari)
Open the app link in Safari, tap the Share button (the square with an up-arrow), then choose Add to Home Screen → Add. Launch it from the new icon and sign in.
Android (Chrome)
Open the app link in Chrome. Either tap the Install prompt that appears, or open the menu (⋮) and choose Install app / Add to Home screen.
Desktop (Chrome / Edge)
Open the app link and click the Install icon at the right of the address bar (a monitor with a down-arrow), then Install. It opens in its own window.
Allow notifications
On first sign-in the app asks to send notifications — tap Allow so shift offers, check-calls and emergencies reach you even when the app is closed.
